Copy of government-issued ID for student and parent/guardian

Student immunization records, submitted securely via email to nurse@thevillageschool.com

For PK2 your child must be 2 years old by Sept. 1st. 

For PK3 your child must be 3 years old by Sept. 1st.   

For PK4 your child must be 4 years old by Sept. 1st.
