This year’s results include several other standout achievements:
Students achieved a 100% pass rate in the IB Career-related Programme (CP) and a 92% pass rate in the IB Diploma Programme (DP), well above the global average of 81.26%.
71% of students achieved scores at or above the world average.
24% of students scored above 40 points – a level attained by only 4% of IBDP candidates worldwide this year.
The average for all grades was 5.2, significantly above the world average of 4.89.
49% of all grades were 6 or 7 (equivalent to A* – A at A Level).
Five students earned a bilingual diploma, which requires literature qualifications in two languages – giving them a significant advantage when applying to universities and entering the global workforce.
In addition, the Class of 2025 received an impressive $6.3 million USD in total scholarship offers. At BIS Houston, we don’t just prepare students for college – we empower them to access the world’s most competitive academic institutions.
