Important Information:
- Subscriptions will open every 15th of the month and remain open through the 25th.
- All purchases done after such deadline will be at Daily Meal Prices, and no further discount rate for Monthly will be applicable.
- Daily Hot Meals are served from Monday to Thursday only.
- Public holidays, school breaks and any other special days have been calculated as per school calendar and the price is reflecting the same.
- Students' personal Canteen Card MUST be presented daily when redeeming their daily lunch meal at the canteen.
- If you have more than one child there is no need to recharge/top up the account more than once; they will all share the same family balance.
- Your spouse can also access your family account. To do this, simply log in on their phone using the same registered phone number.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via inquiry@swisscanonica.ae Requests made in person or via phone will not be considered. 15 days written notice must be given for Term and Monthly meal plan cancellations.
- In case of absence, cancellations shall be requested with a minimum of 48 hours written notice and the prorated amount will be credited back to the family account for the next applicable booking period/purchase (there will be no reimbursements).
- If a student moves to another school or leaves Dubai, the service provider shall reimburse the remaining lunches back to the initial credit card used; provided 15 days written notice has been given.
