The Year 6 Peace Convention 2024 was a brilliant event that aimed to promote peace and support charitable causes, whilst showcasing the work completed by the children in their Humanities unit ‘How do we establish and maintain peace?’ Over the course of two days, the convention successfully raised $35,180HKD/$4,500 USD (and counting!) for three deserving charities: Help4Refugees, Justice Centre, and More Good.
The convention drew a significant crowd, with around 150 children
and approximately 300 adults gathering in the hall to witness the incredible work accomplished by the children in their pursuit of inspiring peace within their community. Well done!
