Raised in Oxford and Bristol, I studied Philosophy and Politics at Oxford University before earning my PhD in Public Affairs at the University of Colorado. Over nearly 25 years in education, I’ve taught History, Politics and Government, Philosophy and Ethics, and Critical Thinking. I’m drawn to our school’s global outlook and the intellectual challenge of the IB Programme. When I’m not in the classroom, I’m coaching my daughter’s football team, cheering for Everton and England, skiing, or travelling—and I bring the same love of exploration and critical thinking to life outside school as I do in the classroom.
